Native Hawaiian Economic Alliance

The Native Hawaiian Economic Alliance is a private non-profit organization founded in 2002 to foster the economic self-sufficiency of Native Hawaiians through business growth in the federal government contracting sector. Through its diverse leadership, representing business and community leaders, the Native Hawaiian Economic Alliance seeks to support the talent and strength of Hawai‘i’s small business owners through its key program areas:

  • Access to Resources & Information relevant to the small business community, connection to potential partners, and building business capacity through training, business planning services, and capital sources;
  • Policy Advocacy through local and national coalitions;
  • Promoting Business Leaderships & Opportunities through an annual Contracting Directory and NHO Directory as well as leadership opportunities throughout the year; and,
  • Annual Business Leaders Forum connecting business and community leaders around economic opportunities for Native Hawaiians.
