Mr. McClellan is a successful business man and entrepreneur. He has over forty years experience in starting up and directing successful companies in industries such as telecommunications design, engineering and construction management, government program management and administration, and food product development, manufacturing and sales, most recently managing and consulting with companies who needed his expertise in underground and aerial telecommunications, electrical and CATV construction and project management. Mr. McClellan also developed a business profile for a competitive cable television venture, including research of the market, costing for construction, negotiating for national and international CATV programs. He is a founder of Pelatron and the Pacific Center for Economic Development.
Matt Teho, Vice President
Honu‘apo
Mr. Teho is the Founder of Honu’apo Facilities Services, an NHO federal contracting firm specializing in construction, maintenance, trash removal, and food waste disposal. Dedicated to serving the community, Mr. Teho founded Honu’apo, a health care programs organization, dedicated to serving Hawaii’s youth. The flag-ship program, Keiki Ola Pono, is a nutrition education curriculum which has touched the lives of hundreds of Native Hawaiian preschool - aged children and their families.

Hawaiian Native Corporation
Mr. Dawson is Chairman and Founder of the Hawaiian Native Corporation (HNC). The HNC is a non-profit organization established to promote business activities and serves as the President of Dawson Technical, LLC, an 8(a) certified firm. He has researched and identified innovative environmental technologies, which provided for in-situ remediation using aeration/volatilization methods. Mr. Dawson was instrumental in driving the Congressional Legislation establishing the NHO Program and served as the President of NHOA from 2007-2009.
